Rohit is the Founder and CEO of Bough, a firm he founded with the vision of building a diverse, multi-disciplined and highly motivated professional services team that consistently delivers valuable contributions to clients.
Rohit brings 17+ years of management consulting experience across US, Canada and Asia-Pacific regions, most recently leading the finance transformation and risk management business for a global provider of business transformation services, serving global clients across a broad range of industries in the areas of regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk management, accounting, financial reporting and operations management. Rohit works closely with senior and board level executives to understand their strategies and business objectives, and applies his deep knowledge of finance, operations, risks and regulatory requirements to deliver impactful solutions.
Rohit holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and is a chartered accountant from the ‘Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’.
Lalit is a Senior Advisor and brings ~20 years of diverse analytics experience as a strategic consultant, entrepreneur and business leader, having established one of the industry’s first global analytics center of excellence. He brings significant experience in deploying comprehensive analytics capabilities (structure, skills, processes, technologies) to help clients leverage Big Data.
At Bough, Lalit advises risk, compliance and finance organizations deploy analytics for driving higher effectiveness in respective operations by better handling increasing data needs, assisting with building executive dashboards and surveillance systems to allow senior management to focus on the highest risk areas and assisting with data governance. Lalit holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT, Mumbai, and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
